Highly sensitive Government Defence Project  with Demolition, Civil, FRP, Hazardous Material Removal and other works. Key tasks included bulk and detailed excavation, sediment control, constructing foundations and retaining walls, and hazardous material disposal, including asbestos and lead. Challenges included managing traffic, controlling dust and noise near live buildings, and meeting tight deadlines across concurrent work stages.

Managed cleanup of over 250 fire-damaged properties, including demolition, hazmat removal, and waste disposal. Oversaw remote crews, community engagement, and cultural preservation efforts.

Executed large-scale urban demolition of 60 structures in five suburbs (CBD - Two Sites/ Burwood/ Five Dock/ Olympic Park) 342 tonnes of hazmat, and 81,579 tonnes of recycled waste with 92% diversion from landfill. Led 233 workers, 200 heavy machines, and 6,934 vehicle movements while implementing industry-leading safety, environmental, and stakeholder strategies.
